DETAILED ITINERARY
Depart Pune in the early morning to begin your adventure. Travel to Mehekar, arriving by mid-afternoon. After dining, proceed to visit Mehkar's Sharngadhar Temple, which has earned distinction for its remarkably elaborate Vishnu idol, referred to locally as Balaji. Discover the temple's iconographic elements and spiritual significance before checking into your accommodation as evening approaches.

Following breakfast, we will proceed to Aundha Nagnath, which stands as one of the twelve jyotirlingas and represents a remarkable temple structure. Our visit will explore the temple's enigmatic sculptural panels, after which we will have lunch and return to Lonar. During the evening hours, we will explore the Daityasudan temple in Lonar, which exemplifies exceptional architectural craftsmanship.

Upon morning departure, we shall proceed toward the crater to witness this remarkable natural phenomenon. We will explore the crater on foot, observing the historic temple ruins throughout our journey. Following lunch, we will commence our return drive to Pune, arriving home in the evening with unforgettable experiences to treasure.
(The crater walk will be around 2 km down and the same upwards.)
